I reached out to Ritfit before my purchase but never received an email back. Prior to purchasing this machine, I conducted thorough research and concluded that it would better meet my requirements. Consequently, I acquired the M2 Pro 3D bundle for approximately $4,100. I was extremely enthusiastic about this acquisition. However, I must say that my initial impressions were quite poor. Over the course of about two weeks, I received between 14 to 18 boxes. I question why everything could not have been consolidated into one or two boxes. A significant portion of my equipment arrived with dents and scratches, and the welds on this machine appear to be of inferior quality. Additionally, my smith machine is not level, and upon reviewing feedback from others, I found that many share the same sentiment. If returning this machine were an option, I would certainly take it. The packaging was inadequate, which likely contributed to the damage sustained by many of my gym components. I even cut my finger on one of the sharp edges due to the poor welding. I had ordered the front two posts in red, but I must advise against even handling them, as they scratch far too easily. I expected to receive a new machine, not one marred by scratches and damage. I sincerely hope that the company reaches out to rectify this situation. This experience has been quite disappointing. I trust that this review will assist others who are considering the purchase of a home gym.
