Though I will say the millitary identification process utilized by RitFit is annoying and some may say invasive just partner up with ID-Me like everyone else don’t try and reinvent the wheel us veterans are constantly worried about scams and utilizing a company who’s verification ask you to send a scan of your DD-214 which has sensitive information had me skeptical at first so I opted to send a VA letter.

Horrible company no communication spent over $1500 and 1100 merchandise never showed up and no communication. Going to the Better Business Bureau if money is not sent back immediately. I was also told I would hear back same business day from a supervisor and nothing as expected. This all after 2 answered calls that were dropped by rot fit as soon as I said my order never came.
