I’m really pleased with the product and the quality, and ultimately, it was well worth the wait. My only disappointment was the delivery service used for UK deliveries, Evri. Unfortunately, they lost my original parcel, and arranging a replacement turned into a lengthy and frustrating process. Although I’m happy with the product in the end, I would strongly recommend using a more reliable delivery company in the UK to avoid similar experiences for other customers.

Zero assistance from Aelfric Eden customer service. Curt response agent would only check the worthless shipper tracking number and state item on the way, day 5, 6, 8 then informed it was not possible to cancel an order once a tracking number was issued. So if package never arrives Aelfric says to bad so sad. If you are foolish enough to make a purchase definitely purchase safe delivery insurance, only way to prevent this scam!
