customer service was helpful with fast responses, but i’m disappointed with the return/exchange process as i needed to organise my own shipping and payment. as i live in australia and the item i wanted to exchange was on the bulkier side, i would’ve had to pay $30+ for the international return - which is already half the price of the jacket itself. in the end, i decided to just keep the jacket, but i won’t be shopping here again as i’m unhappy with the overall experience
