Customer service is rough, takes forever to figure out anything. The clothes are cheap like Sheen but priced like high-end places. Takes forever to get them in the mail. I literally had to text like four times to find out where they were. Super disappointed because the advertisements make the clothes look awesome. Feels like false advertising. One of the pairs of pants was literally a foot smaller than what I advertised
