One suggestion we have is to consider using eco-friendly or more sustainable/reusable packaging, especially for regular weekly or monthly customers. Apart from that, everything was perfect. At the time of subscribing to the SIGNATURE CURRIES MIX & MATCH 6 WEEKLY MEALS SUBSCRIPTION last month, the discounted price displayed for this package on your website (and still displayed) was £50.16, with an additional £6.99 delivery fee per order. My first order was further discounted as I had used a promo code, bringing the total for meal and delivery to £42.63. For my second delivery, without any discounts, I expected to be charged £57.15 (£50.16 for the meal + £6.99 for delivery) as that is the plan I had opted for. However, I have instead been charged £63.42. Could you please review this discrepancy and process a refund for the excess amount charged?
