I paid over £50 for an order that came damaged, so won’t be used. I was offered a refund which I accepted. After I placed the initial order, the bank account I made the payment from was closed, I informed via email and sent info for new account, I was told refund could only be made to original payment method, I sent the email from my bank showing my account had been closed and it was impossible to refund to original account, I’ve been ignored since.
