I ordered twice. The first order took forever to come but everything was printed so well that I'd still give 5 stars. The second order came quickly but the printing on the cap and the T-shirt I ordered were not great at all. And I haven't heard back by email yet. By the time I do hear back it will probably be too late to fix any issues in time for Christmas.
