I received a wrong hat. My invoice clearly stated what I ordered. I emailed the company to let them know. I even sent a picture of the hat I received and invoice stating the hat I ordered. The company quickly corrected the mistake and sent me the hat that I did order. A Christmas season with heavy orders is when a mistake can easily happen. I appreciate the company responding and making it right. I will definitely order from them in the future. They have won my business.
