Cust service is very good. They got back to me with a personal outreach. I’m just concerned the unit is not up to the standards I need. I love the simplicity and portability of it. But it has to sound perfect. I used 3 different Xvive units. The charge ports kept failing. Finally they wouldn’t replace it any more so I told them I’d never buy from them again.

Experience was just fine. It would be nice if the hard case was included with the price of these things, it would also be nice if they could sit more flush on the guitar when your imputnjack is on the face of the guitar, and if they had the ability to connect 1 transmiter to many receivers.
It arrived in a decent amount of time, everything functions correctly and the battery does last for quite some time. I'm not sure if it actually lasts 10 whole hours but it does last
