It’s hard to get a real sense of an item when shopping online. Even though the product is shipped from Osaka, Japan, any return would have to be sent to a foreign country—making the process so costly that, in practical terms, returning the item is not a viable option.

On your website, you advised choosing a size larger than one's usual shoe size—but that’s incorrect! My size is 41; I ordered a 42, and it’s so big that I won’t be able to wear it. This is a total scam; I’m going to leave a negative review online and on Facebook.

The shoe is unwearable because the internal heel causes the foot to slide forward, making the toes hit the front; after 5 minutes, they become painful and can no longer be worn.

Poor quality and impossible to wear. Only the inside is raised, while the exterior remains unchanged, so the shoes keep slipping off and feel very awkward to walk in. Extremely expensive for the quality — very poor value for money. I would not recommend buying them.

Trying to switch sizing. Shoes I bought were said to run a bit larger so I bought a size down. Still too big. I’ve been trying to contact them (their instructions were to email them) with no luck. I’ve emailed multiple times and nothing. Now I’m stuck with shoes I can’t wear, besides it taking way longer than expected to arrive.
