On writing to Lucimora you provided me with options and I am in the process of seeing how it works out. It is good you can provide an address in Bulgaria to return shoes since having to send back shoes to China is off-putting and I am sure most European purchasers would agree.

Waited 3 weeks for a delivery. Amerex tried to deliver twice we I wasn’t home. I had to call them 5 times to arrange delivery. They still came outside the window and dumped the post under bench. I must say shoes was very disappointing, delivery was even more disappointing.

Please keep up the great work and continue expanding your shoe collection. I'll definitely be a long-term customer. I truly appreciate your craftsmanship and am so glad this brand exists. Please keep creating lightweight, stylish shoes in a variety of colors. It would also be great if you offered light boots in the future!
