Scam company and Horrible experience! I ordered 42 which is the equivalent of US 9 which is my size for all kind of shoes. However this one came super tight that my foot got numbed after wearing it for only 5 minutes. I didn’t want to return the shoe I just wanted go exchange it to a different size which on their website they say “ guaranteed money back for returns or free replacement “ . I had a very bad experience with Lucimora Shoes. The shoes I received were not as expected, and when I asked for a refund, they told me I had to return the product to China at my own cost, which is more than the price of the shoes itself (about 100 KWD). They refused to provide me with a return label and their customer service was unhelpful. This is not fair to customers, and I strongly advise evervone to avoid buying from this store.
