Even though you wrote that the product was delivered - it really wasn't delivered!!!! I wrote to your customer service many times. Two weeks ago I wrote that I saw in the app that it had arrived at the delivery point - (which is 35 kilometers from my house!!!!). I also called the same place - and they claimed that they don't have any deliveries at all! In short, I paid a lot of money, and I didn't receive any shoes or even an apology. What do we do????? I'm really disappointed and angry!
There is no "Shopping Experience" at all!
