Stop making shoes out of 100% plastic. Stop making promises that you do not keep, such as claiming that customers can get a 100% refund if they are not satisfied. And finally, stop advertising a product that does not deliver what you promise. You sell these shoes based on their added height, but you sink down into the shoes, which significantly reduces the height.

I Iexpected better customer service, particularly when an incorrect shoe size has been sent. In such a case, I would expect the shoes to be exchanged or returned free of charge—not to be offered the correct size at an additional cost of 40% of the original purchase price.

Very disappointing experience. The shoes were uncomfortable and caused significant foot pain, yet the company makes it extremely difficult to return them. What was especially frustrating was that the restrictive refund/return policy was not made sufficiently clear before purchase. The product quality did not justify the price, and when I reached out for a reasonable resolution, the company offered only a 50% refund to keep the shoes while refusing a 75% refund or a straightforward return.
