No refunds even if your product doesn’t show up or is not what you ordered. Once you pay the money is theirs and there is nothing you can do about it. Complete SCAM all around. They claim because you get entered into a raffle, even if you don’t want to, the cannot refund you so unless you like to throw your money away, don’t buy anything from them to try it out. You cannot return for a refund and if you don’t receive your product, you’re out of luck! You still cannot get a refund!
