Easy ordering and fast shipping, just not the product we were expecting came with a very strong bad smell in the bag and grainy coating that my son just is not comfortable with.

The taste and texture of the gummies are not good.

Lack of customer service makes the whole experience very frustrating.

I don't like being automatically getting enrolled in a subscription before even getting to try the product. I will not recommend.

The company initiates communication with me before and during shipment and I appreciate that. I also appreciate that they do not overwhelm me with daily emails.

I paid almost $17 to send back the unopened pouch and when the USPS tried to deliver the package the office wasn't open, at 11:26 on Monday May 18 2026? I still haven't heard back from NeuroBrocc about this issue. 😒

Never shopping with you anymore because you charge me I never order for second times.

Cancelled the subscription on the website from my phone last month, and I guess it didn't work because I was just charged for another order. I just cancelled again from their website on the computer and requested a refund, hopefully it sticks this time.

Return policy is poor. Must pay for my own label and can only take back what wasn't open?

I was not thrilled about being forced into a subscription for the first time of purchase, and it taking me 10 tries before I could pause the subscription.

It was a waste of money for a junk product.

It was very smooth, I didn’t believe at first, but I send the video to my brother to know his comments about the gummies, he is been trying many things for his child and nothing helps. So we got NeuroBrocc hoping that make a change in him. So we will see.

i like it at first. something he would love to eat and get nutrients and mineral from. But now he doesnt like the new look or texture. So I am stop paying for them since he is not eating them like he used too.
