Package came super late, was hard to track, and had to contact both New Zealand, and Canadian postal services to find the item. The package went missing, I then bought another NZ patch from Amazon that came in two days, thinking that this patch would never arrive. It then arrived two weeks later, meaning I bought this patch for nothing. Extremely disappointed on your ability to satisfy your customers. Two stars is generous.
