The shipping process needs to be made more transparent. I would have never purchased the product if I had known it was going to take that long to arrive. Especially when ordering during the holidays. Two to three weeks for a lip balm is unacceptable. It is nice that you used bio-friendly packaging but it doesn't hold up in my purse. The lip balm stain is everywhere. Had to throw it out. Too soft and melty.
