It was super easy to shop online and the shipping was so fast. Please remind your team it's super important to make sure they aren't going too fast and missing purchased items when packing. The hanging planter I purchased was not packed with my Hawaiian pothos and I was told by your team they overlooked it because they were very busy. I still don't have it.
