Bask and Lather should be sued for how they manage orders when they fail to do their part. They should refund money when they have not shipped an order within a certain amount of time or give the customer the option to wait with compensation. They should not think that everyone wants a store credit when the product has not been delivered in a timely fashion or given notice and option as to whether they will wait longer for the order to arrive. Shame on the owner.
