The hair strand fibres get very tough after only a short while unfortunately, they get knotted together. Colours are beautiful though. I’d like to see more curly shorter wigs, choice isn’t great.

I tries to discus with the customer service team and they coukd understand the correct English I was saying and ended up canceling an order when she was told you. He reasoning was I said I would I didn't do it fast enough so she did. I've never heard anything so bad as i told her I said "I will cancel " which clearly says not her. I changed my Minded and wanted to wait till it came but I never got chance as she cancelled. I've always recommended and bought from jb only but I have no confidence

It didn’t say anywhere that there would not be a full refund for returned items until after the purchase. There is a restocking fee which ended up being over 30 euros plus almost 10 euros for return shipping. I didn’t except to have to pay for return shipping. I am very disappointed and will never do business with you again. Worst experience I have ever had with an online shopping transaction.
