Shipping was excellent. Huge praise for professionalism with regard to sending the item. Just very deeply disappointed that the wig doesn't match the featured photo as advertised. Buying a wig is a very big personal decision and when the product you receive doesn't match what you've spent months researching to pick the exact right one, this is a massive disappointment indeed. Ain't be buying again sadly, and I am genuinely sad about that. JBExtensions, you really do need to rectify this. :((
