I contacted Jb extentions to request a return, only to be told, not only would I have to pay the postage, but I would also be charged a re-stocking fee of 20 to 30% which is absolutely ridiculous, especially as I have since found out from other buyers that one of the return addresses is actually under 7 miles from my home!
