A long time for receipt compared to EU due to the shipping from China, but the tracking was good. A lot of lovely products online, but really no viable option for returns if disappointed. I hesitate to go for more expensive options because of this. Pre order should be more clearly stated in terms of lead in time because people don’t know that this means maybe three months before you receive your order.

i had never ordered a wig before and really wasnt sure if i was doing the right thing, but it was easy, very informative and you get what you order i was worried about that, but my wig is beautiful, doesnt look wiggy at all and everyone compliments me on her, its given me my confidence back so much so i ordered 3 more.
