I was 'auto billed' for a subscription that I did not ok or choose. I purchased the mat which still has not arrived and was shipped separately, in a bundle that I was lead to believe was all together with the ropes, is not the case. Then I get a notification on my credit card for this charge I did not approve. I have reached out twice to the email on your website with my concerns and in over a week from the second time I still have gotten nothing, no return email, no response what so ever. I

Whole thing is a scam, you buy the ropes and get credited multiple times after that because of some subscriptions you didn’t know you sign for
