I sent an email stating I need to exchange the Apple Watch band for a SMALL. The largest way too big. And I also want to return the oceanic bracelet be cause it’s green & does not look like turquoise.

I ordered the wrong size bands and the customer service representatives responded quickly and were very helpful with getting me the correct size. I would definitely order bands again in the future.

I provided my exact Apple Watch model, case size, and custom wrist measurements (with photos) before ordering, but the bands still arrived too large and the connectors did not fit my watch properly. Customer service repeatedly asked for more measurements and gave conflicting explanations about compatibility instead of issuing a refund. Beautiful designs, but very disappointing experience overall.

The bracelet took time but what I found it's the stone size is really small as expected... I was expecting something at least of 1 inch but it was smaller. Not sure if I will repeat other purchase

It is too small even though I measured my wrist. I tried many times to contact and so that could send back and receive the next size up. I was asked to view a video to see how to put on my wrist in which I did. I was then asked to send a picture with it on my wrist and said they could see it was too small. then i was told that I could send 70 some dollars, keep the small bands and they would send thenext side. I replied that i needed a mailing label to send them back so i can get replacement

Fast and easy

They were great at the beginning. I waited an extremely long time to receive my bands. When I needed an exchange everything fell apart. Customer support is terrible!! They are not helpful at all!!

Received a band that didn’t resemble the one I ordered so itybeing replaced but still hasn’t arrived. Service has been very slow.

Easy ordering and on time delivery

Took a bit longer to get here than expected.

My order somehow reflected one item in the wrong color. It was rectified prior to shipping, and that was awesome.

They need to improve their customer service. By adding a phone number where we can talk to a live representative and not only limit it to the emails. Also the shipping process is horrible. I understand that they might have lots of orders. but that should not be an excuse. When you have a business you have to deliver.

Customer Support is outstanding. Anna promised me I would receive my refund promptly. I didn't like paying for the return shipping costs but this is their policy. Have yet to receive my refund but I am being patient.

Love them but all a little big even though went by your guidelines. Wish it was easy to remove a row or 2
