I did like the fast shipping and everything was reasonably priced. However, while not all of them, there were some truly low quality products in my order; I have never had to throw out treats before without feeding them to my dog.
I did take note of the warning on the smell of the treats on the store’s website, and I am aware that some products in general simply do not smell good. However, as someone who very, very regularly feeds green tripe along with various dried seafood products to my dog, I was confident it wouldn’t be a problem.
It was a problem. A big one. I had to throw out a number of products because the smell was so bad it was making my family and I sick. Whatever products I did keep, I had to seal airtight so the smell wouldn’t permeate. This was all IN SPITE of the fact that all the treats were completely UNOPENED. Even my dog seemed to shy away from the smell at times.
Unfortunately, I do not think I will be ordering from this store again. This has never happened to me before and I am very disappointed.
