Customer service is non existent. I reached out multiple ways prior to placing an order and after ordering. Took 5 days just for Blackline team to make a shipping label then another couple days to actually ship it. Overall, experience was unfortunate as I meant to perform R& D on slim design yet due to customer service, again…. Being non existent. I will be moving on from Blackline
