I ordered this item, but messed up the Zip code in the delivery address section. I immediately noticed it and Sent a follow up email correcting it. I get an email a few days later claiming it shipped with the messed up Zip Code on it. Now I've been going back and forth with the local carrier and incerunmen trying to get it delivered properly. Incerunmen customer support won't even respond to any more of my emails. Absolutely horrid. I feel like I've been robbed. Can't get a refund or my product.
