Incerunmen has the worst customer service of any company I've ever shopped with. Their returns and exchange policies are so impossibly difficult to navigate that it’s not worth it to me to buy their products. I'm very interested in several more of their items, but I won't buy anything else from them because if it's too big or too small, they try to make you keep the item rather than making a simple exchange or refund.

Everything i ordered was even cheaper material than i expected. Its what i would expect from a halloweend costume. None of the pants fit as advertised. The waist sizes were correct but the cheap material meant the drape was completely lost, and even though i got wide leg pants they pinched awkwardly on my thighs. I would not order from here unless it was for an actual halloween costume and i was prepared for find something else if it was wrong.
