It was not disclosed that I would have to be home to sign for my package so the first package I had sent back to the company since I knew I wasn't going to be home to receive it. I then ordered the same necklace set and another necklace in which I received. They wouldn't refund me the full price for the item that was returned to them since I "refused the package" as they say, even after I explained what happened. Also, their gold plated jewelry is a little brassy. I prefer a brighter gold.
