This was my second order from San Pedro Source. Everything arrived in a timely fashion, less than a week after I placed my order.
Even though it has been extremely hot, each cactus arrived undamaged with robust and intact root systems. Packaging and labeling was clean and clear.
The cacti looked healthy, and the crested hybrid was the coolest cactus I’ve seen in person.
All things considered, yes the cacti purchased here may be pricey, but the service and product is top notch.

My only critique is i wish they'd ship faster to better align with their estimated delivery windows instead if their longer shipping and handling time frame they currently have. But I can understand that if it's a small operation. Pulling and packing these cacti must be done carefully and takes time so I get it. Perhaps just show the handling time more prominently so customers know.
