Urbandi had some delays in getting it to me within the few weeks since order, but they responded to every question I had about the order very quickly and sent me a 10% refund for the delay. The mantle did make it in time for my deadline and looks really great.

Frustrating to say the least. Still waiting for the rest of my order to arrive. Estimated delivery date was 10/23 when I placed the order. It’s 11/18 and I’m still waiting for my final shelf. I do custom carpentry for a living and install 100’s of floating shelves each year. I was hoping to outsource production but will have to rethink that after this experience. Make me look bad when I give my clients an install window and can’t meet it because I can’t get the product on time.
