The company did respond quickly when I needed information via email. Even though it was international shipping it got to me in a decent amount of time. The companies chat answered direct questions with good information but there was sometimes a delay in the chat response on their site by at least a day. It may have been because of the time differences as I’m located in the U.S. Thanks.

Omg I just gave a lengthy descriptive experience and what does review page do. Doesn’t submit! Yet another tell tale of the scam this Chinese company is. They don’t want you to know as the more scams they commit the more money they make. I’m telling you, you purchase from these guys you could end up with a product that does match the website and when you look for a “FULL” refund, they will not give it to you no matter how correctly did things. They have Zero integrity! Trust!
