I realised that I didn’t put full address on but trying to get hold of anyone & trying to navigate was impossible but thankfully it was delivered by royal mail & had the choice for a safe place I requested they deliver to their neighbour stating the house number so they knew what I meant & they received it no bother. So yeah customer service not helpful 😔
