Lower your prices or improve your quality. The print is "ok" despite me sending a Hi Res image. My pet's name is off-centre and raised higher on the keychain than in the design. The material is cheap and the stitching is already frayed. I would not buy again at this cost.

It was only when i checked the shipping tracker that I discovered it was already returned to sender without even an email letting me know it was out for delivery
