My mug was not centred properly, it was sloppy and I don't think for £25 you should have just one side printed and the other blank. I tried to get my money back, I sent the mug back and they just ignored me. I very much wish I had never ordered it. No present on fathers day and nearly £30 out of pocket after returning it.
