I emailed a return request, and have had a long series of emails back and forth with their customer service team. On the multiple occasions I have requested instructions on how to make the return, they send vague and evasive emails: “could you describe more about what you were unsatisfied with?” after I went into great detail. follow-ups “we will send you the instructions to return soon”….. still have not received those instructions and am feeling very concerned this is a scam website.
