When the mini care pod broke, the process for getting help and replacement parts took forever and at one point your AI response wrongly said it was past the one month warranty period. Really shady. I got the impression you were delaying the process hoping people will drop off and save you money from having to make amends on your poor mini design.

I found the Carepod web site because my daughter suggested that I review their humidifiers. On the web page, the information describing the humidifiers was convincing that these were high quality humidifiers.

Love the design. The Carepod One is great for my bedroom and produces enough steam. The only thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t use all the water in the tank—it stops working when about one-third is still left.
