Shipping was delayed by 3 days despite the shipping info saying it would arrive that day. No updates for 3 days, just AI customer service telling me there was nothing wrong.

It wasn't entirely clear what constituted a pre-order and what the delivery date would be. However, the customer service team responded quite well when I inquired.

You’re insanely expensive and didn’t even send me the most expensive product that I ordered over three months ago. I’ve reached out to customer support who has pretended they’re going to send me another product that I didn’t receive and they still haven’t sent it and it’s been three months and I’ve sent several emails. I should not have to reach out this much to get a product that cost as much as your product does.

Was disappointed they used Amazon to ship. They don't always handle packages well, prefer companies to not use Amazon if I'm not ordering from Amazon.
