I wish they could fix the product and send me a new one. For how much this costs, you would think they would have gotten the mist part right, it's the MAIN JOB.

I purchased the Carepod humidifier to improve sleep by increasing room humidity, but it did not perform as advertised. Despite a stated coverage of up to 450 sq ft, I observed no meaningful increase in ambient humidity. Customer service used to be good but not anymore.The mist doesn't go upward to it usually makes a puddle on the floor if used at max level.

sometimes when you fill up the water all the way to the max line the condensation dripping off the metal lid inside makes a water tinkling noise but if you fill it up slightly less than that it’s fine

After I placed the order, they kept up with me. They kept me apprised of when it was going to be shipped and when I should be getting it and if I had any questions. They also gave me it instructions on how to clean it and make sure it’s set it up correctly so everything ran really smoothly. The it was back ordered when I ordered it, but they let me know exactly when it was going to be available and it was available when they said.
