After I placed the order, they kept up with me. They kept me apprised of when it was going to be shipped and when I should be getting it and if I had any questions. They also gave me it instructions on how to clean it and make sure it’s set it up correctly so everything ran really smoothly. The it was back ordered when I ordered it, but they let me know exactly when it was going to be available and it was available when they said.
