My overall impression of Carepod is disappointing.
While the brand positions itself as premium, my experience has not reflected that. I have had repeated functional failures within the warranty period, required multiple oscillator replacements, and still do not have a reliable, fully functional unit. For a product at this price point, that gap between branding and real-world durability is significant.
Customer support has been polite, but responses have been slow and largely reactive.

Again, the carepod broke after three months, bought replacement wand which got another five days out of it. Not worth the money to buy four units every year. Hopefully it was just a defective one and a replacement could be sent. I enjoyed it while it was working.
