I am from Canada, and was unable to return the Grizzly hat without having to pay shipping myself. The Grizzly hat looks good, but it is not the perforated back like the rest of the hats. So I was disappointed with that aspect. Other than that the products are great. The communication with the customer service agent was fast as well, so no complaints there.

Online shopping sucks! You don’t get to see the product you’re buying until it is sent to you. In my experience with Waggle, you buy the item and then they want you to download an app to track what you bought, and the. The hat is put together in a hurry and doesn’t look like the one in the picture!
