I love NOTL jewellery and have bought from them a couple of times but haven’t needed to contact them about anything until now as my Nixon bracelet broke after just 2 weeks and I contacted NOTL for a solution. I have tried numerous contact methods - email, contact form on website, Instagram DM and commented under reel, and now even leaving a review to try to prompt a response - but haven’t heard back yet and it’s been a week or 2 now. It makes me worry about buying from them again because if something happened with my order e.g it didn’t arrive or they sent you the wrong thing, there is no way of rectifying it because they don’t respond! I’m really disappointed
