I purchased a Seveston Prestige Smart Watch five days ago, and it was delivered to me two days later. On the first day, the watch worked properly, but from the second day onward, it stopped charging and has now completely stopped working.
I lodged a complaint on the company email & WhatsApp Number which is available at its website and I was informed that their representative would contact me before 6 Pm evening of the same day. However, no one has contacted me yet.
