Ordering and delivery were smooth and the product arrived well packaged. We actually bought 2 o different kits as a Valentine’s activity, but the assembly process ended up being much more challenging than expected because of the unclear instructions. It was difficult enough that we probably won’t build the second one and will gift it instead. Clearer directions or an official video tutorial would make the experience much better.
