General experience?
Ease of ordering, relatively fast delivery, great packaging: 5 stars.
Stupidly long video necessary to get to ordering page: 0 stars
Actual efficacy of product for quelling rashes and itches : 0 stars (but I'm gonna continue to use it rather than admit to possibly getting conned out of some of my hard-earned money. Just maybe by the end of three Iron Paws bags, I can report a better outcome.
