Poor product. Very poor customer service. Any issues that may occur, customer service is MIA. No where to be found. This company received numerous poir reviews on Better Business Bureau. The product does not work as advertised.

Where is the customer services? Requested for a refund but got no respond.

Bad costumer service, my orders shipped after 3 weeks, I sent many emails to check status my order status, no response, phone number also not working at all.

Horrible customer service. Received zero responses when asking about my order and it took forever for them to ship it. Would not buy from this company again. The number is bogus also. Cannot get through to any customer service whether that be via email or phone number they have on their website.

Contacted to tell them about my expierience and havent heard back from even contacted them for a return and no answer.

Shipping was quick and everything arrive as promised all around great experience

I paid for expedited shipping did not receive expedited shipping. I received regular shipping. I tried to call multiple times could not get a hold of anyone as they just kept telling me to call back at a different time or to email. I did email and I did not hear from anyone nor was I ever able to get a hold of anyone Very disappointing when you pay additional money for items that you don’t receive on time .

Never responds to people

Worse experience ever. I had my hopes up for them to send a broke fetal Doppler!

Wouldn’t recommend. Terrible customer service and their phones/emails don’t get responded to

The Doppler doesn’t work as well as I expected but maybe it will get better the farther along I am. Right now I’m 17 weeks and it jumps around and doesn’t get a consistent reading and likes to pick up my heart rate. Even then, it doesn’t really let me hear a heartbeat which I was hoping for.

Never recieved my extra gel that said that was gonna come in my order

I have tried to email this company for over a week now wanting to return my purchase and get a refund with no response. Highly dissatisfied.

I emailed [email protected] a week ago and still have not received a response. I’m requesting a refund due to the Doppler being inaccurate and im unhappy with it.

Terrible company. No customer service. Sent several emails and none were responded to. Products don’t work.

I have had a terrible time trying to get the machine to pick up any noise. It’s just not a good product. I’ve tried to message the company like 4 times and no response to return it. I wish I would have read the reviews before buying. My next step is to report them to the bbb.
