More than a week after you sent me a tracking # it still has not shipped (been received by post office) but your CSR says it was likely picked up & not scanned. CSR said they would get back to me, 24 hours later, no response. Trying to be patient, but this feels like a total scam. Cannot file a Route claim because it “has not shipped” by their standards, & the Garden Alchemy shipping policy page says basically, once we ship it it’s not our problem. So, got my money for the product & insurance!

I emailed customer service weeks ago to alert them of the fact that the oils I received (4 bottles) did not smell like previously purchased bottles. I was clear that I was not looking for a refund but to let them know the scent I had previously bought many times did not smell the same. I never heard back from them so be aware while the oils do smell/feel great they may not be consistent and as a company I don’t see evidence that they investigate/follow up on quality incidents shared with them.

Easy to order, love the bundle discounts!! The only thing I don't love is.... new ones I want to try sell out before I can get to them! That's okay though because they have a "notify me" button for when it's restocked. I've been able to purchase (otherwise sold out) scents this way.
